Cotswold Lakeside Lodge

Lakeside Lodge is a delightful three bedroom New England style holiday home.

It is situated in the heart of The Cotswold Water Park, a 40 square mile Area of Outstanding Beauty. There are over 140 lakes, 150km of bridleways and cycleways and over 6000 years of human habitation has been discovered in the area.There are many activities available, including sailing, water skiing, horse riding, fishing and cycling to name but a few. There are fantastic views and unspoilt scenery.

This is an ideal location to use as a base for visiting the historic towns of Cirencester, Stow on-the-Wold and Bourton -on-the-Water.

The lodge is arranged over two floors and well equipped for a pleasurable stay.

On the ground floor is a newly fitted kitchen which includes a dishwasher, double oven, hob, microwave fridge and freezer.
A large open plan lounge/diner comfortably accommodates six people. There is a TV/DVD player and digital box along with a stereo player. We have tried to make it feel as homely as possible by adding books of general and local interest.
Off the entrance hall there is a downstairs shower room with a WC and hand basin.

The dining area has a staircase leading to the first floor.

Bedroom 1 is a large double room that has full length windows with stunning views overlooking Spring Lake. This room has a large range of fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 has a single bed with another underneath. There is a hanging rail and a bedside cabinet with drawer.

Bedroom 3 This is another double bedroom, although there is limited walking space around the bed. There are two small bedside drawers and hanging space.
There is a bathroom on this floor with toilet, bath and hand basin.

To the rear of the property there is plenty of room for 6 people to dine alfresco on the deck overlooking the lake, there are also communal gardens. To the front of the Lodge are resident only parking spaces.

There is a bus stop 500m away with buses running frequently to Cirencester. The nearest shop is approx 5 mins drive away and there is a Tesco in Cirencester.

The nearest restaurant is The Brasserie which is on the same Lake and only a couple of minutes walk away.
